Haiku
The old man straightens up
in his garden of spring
rows of dark furrows
---------------------------------------------------------
A spider web strung
with pearls of morning dew
a hammock beckoning in the sun
---------------------------------------------------------------
Wind chimes take note
of the coming storm
fury flashes in your eyes
--------------------------------------------------------------
Outside my window
the storm has passed
frgarance of fresh flowers
-------------------------------------------------
Five o'clock shadow
on cut golden stubble
a farmers reflection
----------------------------------------------------
shades of spring rainbows
drifting in pools
of autimn leaves
-------------------------------------------------------
a small boy looks with wonder
white jet streams against the sky
the father wonders
-----------------------------------------------------
